01 · PLATE
Hygienic line and WideGap
For hygienic heating and cooling through plates.
Hygienic line combines heat transfer with attention to cleaning and maintenance.
Fibres or particles? WideGap has wider channels. We assess whether they suit your product.
02 · TUBULAR
ViscoLine
Tubular heat exchangers are an option for food products where viscosity, fibres or particles require more space and suitable flow conditions.
Multitube, monotube or annular configuration: we match the choice to viscosity, pulp and particles.
The range also includes solutions for heat recovery and heating water or CIP fluids.
03 · SCRAPED SURFACE
Contherm
A scraped surface heat exchanger may suit viscous, sticky, crystallising or heat-sensitive products.
In Alfa Laval Contherm, scrapers move along the heat transfer surface. This limits product build-up on the wall during heating or cooling.
For example, sauces, spreads and fruit preparations, depending on your process.
