The right pump starts with your product
Flow rate, pressure and product properties help determine which pump is suitable.
We discuss what you want to pump, how the installation is arranged and your cleaning and maintenance requirements. For replacements, we also assess the existing pump, connections and available space. From Aalter, we support companies in Belgium and the Benelux.
Centrifugal pumps
Widely used for transferring low-viscosity products and process media. Required capacity and head are key starting points for selection.
We assess configuration, sealing and connections to suit your process.
Positive displacement pumps
An option for viscous or sensitive products, among others. This group includes rotary lobe and twin-screw pumps.
The right pump type depends on the product, required pressure and process conditions.
Self-priming applications
For applications where suction or air in the liquid requires extra attention, such as certain CIP return flows.
We discuss suction conditions and the suitable pump configuration. Not every pump is designed for this.

Alfa Laval pumps and genuine spare parts
BECO Technics is an Alfa Laval partner. We help select genuine pump parts and service kits for models including LKH centrifugal pumps and SRU rotary lobe pumps, such as shaft seals, O-rings and gaskets. We check the correct reference using the pump model, serial number and seal configuration.
You can also enquire about other pump brands. Include the brand, type and serial number so we can check which parts or solutions are possible.
Pump parts and mechanical seals
Mechanical seals, O-rings, gaskets and wear parts: we help identify the right part for leaks or maintenance.
We check the pump configuration, material, product and cleaning conditions. Matching dimensions alone do not guarantee a suitable seal.

Product and cleaning
The medium to be pumped, viscosity, temperature, any particles and product sensitivity. Cleaning agents and cleaning conditions are also relevant.
Capacity and installation
Required flow rate, pressure or head, suction conditions, piping, connections and available space.
Execution and planning
Materials, seals, drive, required documentation and delivery date. For replacements, we also consider the existing installation.

1. Discuss your situation
We discuss pump details, symptoms and operating conditions. Mention leakage, vibration or changes in flow and pressure.
2. Dismantle and inspect
We inspect seals, wear parts and relevant pump components. We discuss findings and required parts with your technical department.
3. Overhaul and reassemble
We replace the agreed parts, assemble the pump and coordinate functional checks for your installation.
Frequently asked questions about pump parts and overhauls
Can I enquire about a part without a part number?
Yes. Send the brand, pump type and serial number, together with a photo of the nameplate and part. This helps us search efficiently. Additional details may be needed to confirm the correct version.
Do you also supply parts for other pump brands?
Enquiries for other brands are welcome too. For each brand and type, we check parts availability and whether we can carry out the requested maintenance or overhaul.
When does an overhaul make sense instead of replacement?
This depends on the pump’s condition, damage, parts availability and application. Following inspection, we discuss the work and costs so you can weigh up overhaul and replacement.
What is the lead time for pump parts?
Lead times vary by reference and configuration. Include your required delivery date or planned shutdown in your enquiry. We confirm availability and estimated delivery in the quotation.
Part of your process maintenance
Pumps are part of a wider installation. BECO Technics also supports maintenance of valves, heat exchangers and other process equipment. We coordinate materials and work with your maintenance schedule.
