Maintenance with your process in mind
A leaking valve, worn pump seal or fouled heat exchanger requires a targeted approach.
One contact for parts and execution. We align maintenance with your process, hygiene requirements and available downtime.
Pumps and rotating equipment
Inspection and overhaul of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, including rotary lobe pumps. With attention to seals, bearings, wear parts and alignment.
Valves
Maintenance of single-seat, double-seat and mixproof valves, butterfly and ball valves, diaphragm and control valves. From inspection and seal and wear part replacement to assembly and functional checks.
Heat exchangers
Opening, inspecting, cleaning and overhauling plate heat exchangers. Including replacement of plates or gaskets where required.
Tanks, agitators and homogenisers
Mechanical maintenance of tanks, agitators and homogenisers. Parts and work are matched to your equipment’s condition.
Hygienic and aseptic installations
We focus on suitable sealing materials, careful assembly and your installation’s cleaning conditions.
We coordinate the work with your technical department and available manufacturer documentation. Cleaning, any sterilisation and release for production are agreed according to your procedures.
Scheduled maintenance or a specific breakdown?
We support periodic overhauls, planned shutdowns and targeted repairs for wear, leakage or reduced performance.
For overhauls, we prepare parts and scheduling. For breakdowns, we discuss the fault and current intervention options.

Reviewing your installation and enquiry
We collect the brand, type, serial number, symptoms and process details. Photos, maintenance history and technical documentation help define the scope of work.

Coordinating parts and execution
We discuss the required overhaul kits, seals and spare parts, along with timing, staffing and work arrangements. During dismantling, we assess component condition.

Installing, checking and following up
After assembly, we coordinate functional checks and restart with your technical department. We discuss findings and any additional work.
